So, a new site and new life changes.
Here we go!
Much has changed in my life in the last two years.
Big moments, major changes and a new role..wow!
It took me a long time to start pulling it all back together again but here we are.
So happy to be back!
I am so excited to share everything that has been going on and all that I have learned and am still learning.
Spring is upon us and it has been zipping along at a blazing pace.
I know that the past year has brought with it many new challenges but also many new opportunities.
I love this time of year because it gives me a chance to look forward to a new and rewarding way to help others and to grow more myself.
It also means the farmer’s markets will be arriving back in town, hopefully, in the not too distant future and there is nothing like farm fresh ingredients to pick me up out of the gloom of winter particularly this past year!
To a quick recap on all that has happened recently.
Two needed surgeries out of the way and I am feeling stronger than ever.
One pandemic to slow us all down and get us to rethink what we really want out of life and for ourselves and our families.
Who knew that was coming?
During this time I have started a new business and written a book.
Didn’t know I had that one in me but there it is.
I will be releasing it later this year so stay tuned!
Had a move that has turned out to be godsent and got to meet some amazing people along the way.
I am taking classes weekly and have been for months because who of us can’t learn new things to improve aspects of our lives that we have been neglecting over the years?
Working on giving myself permission to just chill and not feel guilty, a big one for me.
So, what have you been doing for yourself this past year and how is it helping you?
Are you feeling a bit overwhelmed at times as this pandemic continues to plague us?
I know the feeling so I have started to walk the neighbourhood again as I take steps to regain a healthy approach to living.
We have a dog now and he needs his early morning walks and I need it as well.
Great way to start the day!
I try to get out at least twice a day and now that the weather is starting to warm it is even becoming a pleasant experience again .. lol!
So let’s all dig deep and set some new goals for ourselves, take some time to give ourselves some proper self-care and embrace all the challenges ahead as new adventures!
Looking forward to hearing about the new you!
To your health!!
